LARGE GRAZING TABLE | 10.5.24 | NOVATO, CA

Natalia recently executed a gorgeous large grazing table for our 20th anniversary celebration. The table was beautifully arranged with an assortment of artisanal cheeses, turkey pesto sandwich triangles, pulled pork sliders, charcuterie and two gorgeous salads. Fresh seasonal fruits and marinated olives and giardiniera added a burst of flavor. The table also featured an impressive array of crackers and baguettes and sauces including Natalia’s signature WOW MOM Sauce. What truly set this grazing table apart was the attention to detail. Flowers and fresh herbs were artfully scattered throughout, enhancing the aesthetic appeal and infusing the air with a lovely aroma. It wasn’t just about the food; it was an experience that invited guests to mingle and savor each bite. It was not only a feast but also a beautiful centerpiece that encouraged conversation and connection!

We used WOW MOM Provisions for an outdoor Paella Party of about 30 guests and everyone left commenting on the food. Natalia worked with us to ensure there were a variety of options from picky eaters (kids) to foodies. The food was perfect and the service was exemplary. We were so pleased with the results; a number of friends and family requested contact details for their own events. A highly recommended grill master, paella professional, sides and sauces – Natalia @ WOW MOM Provisions does it all. We only wish there were more leftovers!

Natalia has been surrounded by great food (not to mention cooking in large quantities) her entire life starting on a small farm in a small rural Kansas town. From a young age, Natalia’s parents taught her the value of making everything from scratch and homegrown ingredients. They grew a large vegetable garden as well as raised goats & chickens, enough to almost fully sustain the family. Whatever they didn’t grow, they would get from other farm families. This resulted in lots of homemade creations including goat milk yogurt, mayonnaise, pies, salsa, jams, jellies, and canning anything and everything else!

After going onto college, Natalia started working in restaurants where her love for cuisine and culinary arts grew. Natalia graduated with a BS in Architecture & Design from University of Kansas and then went on to design restaurants in Kansas City and then in San Francisco. She has been throwing events, dinner parties, and cooking for friends and family ever since. Now she resides at the intersection of Marin, Sonoma, and Napa counties, home to some of the world’s finest ingredients, cuisine, and restaurants. Natalia lives on the water in Bel Marin Keys with her daughter, husband and dog Roux, the foundation for all great sauces!
